Key Advisor - What To Expect
As a rule, you will work as a chief
consultant to producers and management for one or more projects in any one of
our divisions.
Most contact will be by phone or
e-mail,
however, you may be called on to provide on set or location consulting (by
pre-arrangement).
Our advisors are paid a consultancy
fee in one of several forms: hourly pay, or first choice job refusal for a new
project (with deferred payment), advisory pool profit participation, or a combination thereof.
You may participate company wide, or
per project, depending upon your availability and choice as well as our needs. All we ask is that if
you sign on for a project as our key advisor, that you do your best to see it
through to completion, however, this is generally not a formal requirement.
